 Qualifications:
 Applicant should possess minimum Ontario "Pre B" but preferably a Canadian National “B”
 License or foreign equivalency.

 Staff Coach Responsibilities
 1.  Train the assigned age group, using the ANB Soccer model, to the best of your abilities
 2.  Apply, demonstrate and enforce the ANB Academy Philosophy in each training session
 3.  Promotion of ANB Soccer Inc. within the community
 4.  Be willing to commit 100% to ANB Soccer Academy Training and Programs
 5.  National and International Travel with ANB Academy Teams is a possibility 

 Applicant Requirements:
 1.  Strong practical coaching and playing experience
 2.  Well developed interpersonal skill
 3.  Demonstrated leadership and instructional abilities
 4.  Excellent communications with children, youth and adults
 5.  Exhibit morals, ethics and common sense
 6.  Energetic, innovative thinker with ideas and motivational skills
 7.  Possess computer/internet literacy and computer with web access
 8.  Love the game of soccer
